This is Charlie. Charlie came to us during the migration. She found herself building a nice little nest in our deck roof. We thought that by us being there and always on the deck, she would go somewhere else. But by the time we really figured out she what she was doing, her nest was nearly done and we didn't have the heart to take down the nest. Well low and behold.....
Charlie has babies!!! Those two brown balls with the beek are her little babies! They hang out and chill while mom gets them bugs. Charlie is the friendliest bird ever! She will hang out on the rail in front of Corey and I when we are in our chairs. She doesn't fly away when we come out and she lets us get pretty close to her babes. We like our new pets!!! They feed themselfs, poop outside and entertain themselfs! The perfect pets!
