I dream of picking peaches from my own trees one day.
Although its going to be a long time away because I don't even a peach tree.
A pantry of fruits and a freezer of veggies is what I'm aiming for.
But did you know this canning thing doesn't come easy?
It takes practice, patience and help from a sister/mother/friend.

Lots of time spent canning these yummy yellow peaches.
About $10 for 20 pounds.
Not too bad.
I just hope I don't open them this winter and have myself some chunky peach wine!
